The One is Mia Make Up’s multi-zone concealer and highlighting pencil. The high coverage concealer formula minimizes facial imperfections, covers dark circles and pigment spots. The soft and highly writing texture of the pencil allows targeted corrections and is easy to use even for the less experienced.
Uses:
- LIP: Defines the lip contour, corrects imperfections, modifies any asymmetries of one area with respect to the other; very useful in the Over Lining technique to increase the volume of the lips
